I have personally worn my chain for over 3 years and in all sorts of conditions such as swimming in lakes and pools, as well as showering daily. This is by far one of the sturdiest chains I have ever encountered. As my hair grew longer, there was NO tangeling in it either. I believe this to be a fantastic choice of chain.
